Essential Qualifications
Admissibility to article in accordance with École du Barreau du Québec at the latest on December 31st, 2014. (The articles aimed by this recruitment will take place in 2014. However, it is possible that they may start before, due to operational needs, and if the students are available.)
And
- Good cumulative grade point average in courses pursued for law degree and an acceptable combination of education, training and experience
- Capacity to analyze legal principles and/or legal problems from a variety of perspectives, particularly in criminal law
- Capacity to conduct legal research, particularly in criminal law
- Ability to communicate orally.
- Ability to communicate in writing
- Ability to work in a team

Operational Requirements
