Three-Year Plan for Transfer Payment Programs'

The principal objective of the Department's Three-Year Plan for Transfer Payment Programs is to provide applicants, recipients, parliamentarians, and other stakeholders with information essential to identifying planned departmental activities that might have an impact on specific programs of interest. The summary of the Three-Year Plan, as prescribed by the Policy on Transfer Payments, will be available at the latest June 30, 2009.
