Costs
Brandon Access Exchange Service charges $10 ($5 per parent) per supervised exchange; $20 ($10 per parent) per supervised visit up to a maximum of 2 hours in duration; $20 ($10 per parent) per supervised intermittent monitoring of a visit and a cancellation fee of $50 if not notified 24 hours prior to appointment, with some exceptions. Fee adjustments may be made for low income clients.
Winnipeg Children’s Access Agency charges fees on a sliding scale, to a maximum of $25 per visit or $10 per exchange. There is a $20 cancellation fee unless you notify the agency at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Governing legislation/legislative authority
Access orders made under The Family Maintenance Act, C.C.S.M. c. F20 or the Divorce Act (or access orders respecting grandparents, other relatives or non-family members under The Child and Family Services Act, C.C.S.M. c. C80) may be subject to conditions, such as supervision.
