The Family Law Information Centre (FLIC) helps self-represented people understand family law procedures and assists them in resolving their family law matters more quickly. The FLIC is a public service provided by the Yukon Department of Justice and the Department of Justice Canada.

FLIC can help with:

  • Completing forms to apply for or change a child support order
  • Calculating child support under the Child Support Guidelines
  • Understanding the court process
  • Legal information on parenting after separation, child support, separation and divorce, and rights and responsibilities
  • Referrals to other Yukon organizations and agencies
