Enforcement of Parenting Arrangements
Prior to providing dispute resolution (mediation) services, Family Justice Counsellors conduct in depth assessments of client needs and issues using a tested assessment tool. Based on this assessment, FJCs discuss options for the clients and make referrals to appropriate services.

How to access this service
Assessments are provided by Family Justice Counsellors who work at Family Justice Centres and Justice Access Centres in BC. Clients may make an appointment to see a Family Justice Counsellor.
