Services offered
Resolution Services (RS) staff provide information to parents, lawyers and the Court about the Child Support Guidelines and perform child support calculations based upon parents’ financial information. Documents and instructions are provided for those who want to make applications for child support or to vary child support orders. In Edmonton and Calgary, all desk divorce applications that involve child support are reviewed and a memorandum for the judiciary outlining whether the Child Support Guidelines have been properly applied is provided.
