The Government of Canada has released Canada’s first federal Indigenous Justice Strategy for positive and lasting change throughout the Canadian justice system.

Canada’s Black Justice Strategy is being developed by the federal government to address anti-Black racism and systemic discrimination that has led to the overrepresentation of Black people in the criminal justice system, including as victims of crime.
