Evaluation Standards

Objective

1. The objective of these standards is to offer guidance in the evaluation of CLEA programming activities.

Evaluation Methods

• 2. Evaluation methods should be used to measure the effectiveness of programming activities in achieving their objectives.
• 3. Evaluation methods may include:
  • the use of approved evaluation forms;
  • telephone interviews;
  • personal interviews;
  • unsolicited telephone calls; and
  • client evaluation of written materials.
• 4. Evaluator may be staff or external consultant.
