This is a vertical bar chart which illustrates respondents’ support for sentencing below an MMP by particular circumstances.

The Y axis is measured in percentages and increases in increments of 10 from 0 to 100.

The X axis is divided by four categories, from left to right: Prosecution Agrees, First Offence, State Witness, and Minor Harm. Each category is divided by three sub-categories, from top to bottom: Low, Medium, and High.

  • Nearly 30% of respondents have high support for sentencing when the prosecution agrees
  • Approximately 40% of respondents have medium support for sentencing when the prosecution agrees
  • Nearly 30% of respondents have low support for sentencing when the prosecution agrees
