This indicator represents the percentage of adults aged 18 years and older who reported being satisfied or very satisfied with their personal safety from crime. |
Why is it important? : |
A sense of personal safety has been linked to a sense of well-being. Measures of safety are routinely included in key wellness indicators. An increase in this indicator could mean improved feelings of safety within the community. |
