The Y axis represents the number of charges. It is measured in numbers and in increments of 1,000 starting from 0 to 8,000.
The X axis represents the regions. The regions include Keewatin, Kitikmeot and Baffin.
- In Baffin 6,000 charges are covered by presumed eligibility compared to approximately 1,500 charges covered by legal aid application.
- In Keewatin fewer than1,000 charges are covered by presumed eligibility compared to about 250 charges covered by legal aid application.
