Description

The figure above is a graph showing the number of adults charged in the Atlantic Region from 1977 to 1998, with a projection (dotted line) from 1999 to 2003. The X axis shows the year; the Y axis shows the number of adults charged, in increments of 1,000, from 0 to 6,000. Although the figure does not provide the exact figures, overall, the number of adults charged from 1977 to 2003 is between approximately 1,900 and 5,500.

The number increases until 1980. It then decreases significantly until 1991. It then stabilizes, with a slight decrease from one year to the next. The projection suggests the same trend, that is, stability with a slight increase for future years from 1999 to 2003.
