Figure 11 is a three dimensional bar graph that illustrates the proportion of respondents that expressed a strong desire to resolve the problem according to their responses to justiciable problems. The x-axis displays five different responses to justiciable problems (from figure 9): No Action: Not Important, No Action: Reason, Self-Help, Non-Legal Assistance, Legal Assistance. The y-axis represents the proportion of respondents in each category that said it was extremely or very important to resolve the problem . It ranges from 0 to 100. The legal assistance category is the most prominent bar (83.1%) followed by non-legal assistance (78.8%), self-help (59.6%) no action: reason (48.2%), and no action: not important (29.3%).
