Add, Edit, or Delete an Agency
Add an Agency
If you would like to add your Agency to the Victim Services Directory, please contact the Policy Centre for Victim Issues at pcvi-cpcv@justice.gc.ca to request a form, which may then be submitted electronically, by fax, or regular mail.
All submissions will be reviewed according to content criteria, and will be verified and approved prior to being added to the Directory.

The service standard for new additions is 20 working days from receipt of the request.
Edit an Existing Agency
If you would like to modify your Agency's Directory listing, please contact the Policy Centre for Victim Issues at pcvi-cpcv@justice.gc.ca with your requested changes.
All Agencies that request changes to their listing in Victim Services Directory will be reviewed according to content criteria prior to modification of the Directory. The service standard for edits to an existing record is 15 working days from receipt of the request.
Delete an Agency
To remove your agency from the Victim Services Directory, please contact the Policy Centre for Victim Issues at pcvi-cpcv@justice.gc.ca.
The service standard for deletion of an existing record is 15 working days from receipt of the request.
Verification and Approval
All information submitted to the Victim Services Directory is subject to verification and approval by PCVI. You may provide information in either or both official language(s); posted information will be available in both English and French.
Please submit information related directly to victim services only.
The service standard for new entries in the directory is 20 working days; the service standard for edits or deletions is 15 working days.
Content Criteria
Submissions to the Directory will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
- The agency provides services directly related to victims.
- The agency is stable (having operated for a minimum of six months).
- The agency’s services are open to the general public.
- The agency’s contact information is correct and available to the public.
Content is monitored:
- To avoid and remove commercial submissions and/or abuses which allow for the promotion of individuals or businesses.
- To ensure the content is appropriate and reflects the content criteria stated above.
- To ensure the contact information is current and correct.
