If you or someone you know is thinking about suicide, call or text 9-8-8. Support from the Suicide Crisis Helpline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Help is also available through Kids Help Phone (1-800-668-6868) and the Hope for Wellness Help Line (1-855-242-3310).
The Victim Services Directory (VSD) has been created by the Policy Centre for Victim Issues of the Department of Justice Canada to help service providers, victims and individuals locate services for victims of crime across Canada. More
