This is a vertical bar chart that compares the adjourned charges against the overall charges in Circuit Courts from September 2000 to April 2002.
The Y axis represents the number of adjourned charges and the overall charges. It is measured in numbers and in increments of 2000 starting from 0 to 14000.
The X axis represents the regions of Circuit courts. The regions include Keewatin, Kitikmeot and Baffin.
- In Keewatin the number of overall charges in circuit courts is approximately 2,000 and approximately three quarters of these charges represented adjourned charges.
- In Kitikmeot the number of overall charges in circuit courts is approximately 2,000 and approximately three quarters of these charges represented adjourned charges.
- In Baffin the number of overall charges in circuit courts is less than 12,000 and approximately three quarters of these charges represented adjourned charges.
