The Y axis represents the points administered on the fair administration of justice scale of the WCS and increases in increments of 2 from 0 to 10.
The X axis represents the points administered for the presence of legal frameworks promoting world competitiveness and increases in increments of 2 from 0 to 10.
The scatterplot is divided into four quadrants. Quadrant I indicates countries that score high on both dimensions. In this quadrant, Finland has the highest average score on both dimensions, while Canada is in the middle.
Quadrant II indicates countries that score low on fair administration of justice scores, but high on presence of legal frameworks promoting world competitiveness. In this quadrant, Germany has a low administration of justice score and a high legal frameworks score.
Quadrant III indicates countries which score low on both dimensions. In this quadrant, Venezuela has the lowest average score on both dimensions, followed by Argentina.
Quadrant IIII indicates countries which score high on fair administration of justice scores, but low on presence of legal frameworks promoting world competitiveness. In this quadrant, Columbia, Hungary and Spain are found.
