Online training course – Introduction to Federal Family Law Amendments
In June 2019, Parliament passed legislation to change Canada’s federal family laws. This marked the first time the Divorce Act had been substantively changed in over 20 years. Here you can find the Introduction to Federal Family Law Amendments online training course, designed to help people better understand the changes to the Divorce Act, along with other related Acts and two international Conventions touching on matters of family law. This course was developed for legal professionals but is open and accessible to everyone.
More courses will be developed and available on our site in the future.
