Purpose:

The Recipient will organize and host a conference to engage youth, community members and government agencies in discussions regarding issues and solutions affecting gang involved youth in the justice system. The conference will target approximately 100 participants from the aboriginal community, local community, regional governmental service providers and other community social service agencies. The conference will take place in Surrey, British Columbia in March 2010.
