Purpose:

The Recipient will organize and host a full-day conference for approximately 300 participants that will address issues between youth-related workers and youth who are in conflict with the law and are involved with gangs or vulnerable to gang activity. Speakers will include youth who are at different stages in dealing with the law, as well as politicians, top level executives, youth outreach workers and more. The conference will take place in Toronto, Ontario in March 2010.
