The organization will conduct a research project to determine if pro-arrest, pro-charge and pro-prosecution policies remain the most effective response to domestic violence; do they limit access and participation to the justice system; and do the policies need to be revised or replaced. The goal of the project is to help the justice system become more responsive to the needs of victims of domestic violence and their families.
